Refund and Returns Policy

At Glimmer Jewel, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy is here to assist you with a smooth return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Product Condition: Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items that are damaged or altered are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or engraved rings are final sales and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects.

3. Return Process

  • Return Request: Initiate your return by emailing info@glimmerjewel.com. Include your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items that arrived damaged.
  • Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. We may apply a restocking fee for certain items.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we offer exchanges for items of equal value. Email us at info@glimmerjewel.com to arrange an exchange.

5. Refund Exceptions

  • Partial Refunds: In cases where items are not returned in original condition or are missing parts, we may issue a partial refund.
  • Late Returns: Items returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
